Refund Policy

At Anchored, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our refund and replacement policy below:

 

Damaged or Incorrect Products:
If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, we will offer a full refund or resend the correct product, depending on your preference. Please report these issues within 3 days of receiving your order by filling out our Contact Us with your contact information, order number, and a detailed description of the issue.

 

Lost or Missing Orders:
If your order is marked as "shipped" but there is no tracking or delivery evidence, we will investigate the matter further. Unfortunately, if the order is marked as "delivered" by the shipping carrier and there is no evidence of an error, we cannot issue a refund or replacement.

 

All Sales Are Final:
Please note that all sales are final. Refunds are not offered for reasons unrelated to product damage or incorrect delivery.
